Instructions for Online Booking

1. Fill out the Application Form below and make the full payment online. Please make sure your credit card enables online shopping.

2. Please pick the ‘Wedding Date’ and ‘Venue Choices’ that suits you. Once these are chosen, the available time slots for that date and venue will be shown for you to select.

3. You will receive an email confirming your appointment. Your can also check your booking details in the ‘Appointment Status’ tab in the website by inputting your reference number, telephone, or HKID number.

4. Please call 2869-1088 for any queries during office hours.

網上訂位程序

1. 必須填妥以下申請表的所有資料,然後按指示在網上繳付全部款項。(請先確定你的信用咭支援網上購物)

2. 請先選擇你的結婚日期及場地,然後再選擇你想要的時段。(只提供未被選擇的時段)

3. 您會即時收到一封電郵確認訂位已成功。客戶可於預約情況中輸入閣下的檔案號碼,手提電話號碼或身分證號碼頭6位數字檢視你的預約情況。

Terms & Conditions:

1. The BASIC SERVICE FEE include the civil celebrant’s fee, venue hiring and exiting decorations set by HKMCS.

2. The processing fee of $305.00 for the Notice of Intended Marriage (payable to the HKSAR Government) is NOT included in the basic service fee of HKMCS, and this fee is subject to any adjustment by the HKSAR Government.

3. HKMCS will use it best endeavors to help customers registered to become legally married, but does not guarantee any results should there be any factors beyond HKMCS’s control, including but not limited to – objections to you Notice of Intended Marriage, misrepresentation of information, non-compliance of any statutory requirements, etc. There will be no refund if the registration cannot proceed because of any such circumstances.

4. HKMCS does NOT provide any free parking,

5. All prices are fixed and there are no discounts offered.

6. The first two changes to your appointment details (i.e. changes to previously chosen venue, time, and/or date) are free of charge, thereafter there is a processing fee of $100.00 for each subsequent change.

7. $100 on weekday or $200 on weekends and public holidays will be charged for changes of ceremony appointment outside 12nn to 4pm, regardless to the number of times of changes.

8. Due to time lag for processing faxed in forms, HKMCS does not guarantee that the time slots(“slot” means the time, date and venue of your ceremony appointment) requested by the faxed-in customers would not have already been taken by other parties signing up online.

9. No changes to your appointment time/ venue/ date are allowed within three months of your wedding date.

10. The choice of licensed solicitors as civil celebrant is at the sole discretion of HKMCS.

11. There is no refund in any circumstances, including changing appointment from weekends and public holidays to weekdays.

12. All purchased services can only be upgraded and there is no refund for downgrading the purchased services.

13. HKMCS has fulfilled its obligations by delivering your marriage certificate, and the customer shall have no further claims on HKMCS.

14. Should the solemnization ceremony be cancelled due to factor(s) beyond the control of HKMCS including but not limited to inclement weather, Acts of God, power disruptions, demonstrations or riots, etc, HKMCS will only need to refund any monies paid (but without interests). It is expressly agreed that the customer shall not claim any damages from HKMCS.

15. HKMCS reserves the right to not serve any customers at its sole discretion without giving any reason. In the event of dispute, HKMCS shall have the right to any final decision.

條例及款項:

1. 此服務基本收費包括註冊儀式之費用, 場租, 及已有之場地佈置

2. 香港特別行政區政府所收取之 $305 登記費並不包括在基本服務收費內。此項收費會因政府價格改動而調整。

3. 伊甸園婚姻見證服務公司定必盡力地協助每對申請結婚之新人成為合法夫婦，但在本公司控制範圍外之因素下，本公司並不保證香港特別行政區政府接受每宗申請，例如: 有其他人仕對客戶之申請作出反對、客戶提供虛假資料或未能提供足夠法律文件等，而不能舉行婚禮，在此情況下，本公司將不會退回有關款項。

4. 伊甸園婚姻見證服務公司不會提供免費車位。

5. 此服務為劃一收費並沒有任何折扣優惠。

6. 當客戶成功預約後，客戶將會得到兩次免費改動(結婚地點、日期、時間)機會，而對於之後每一次改動，本公司將會收取每次 $100 行政費用。

7. 如註冊時間改動至中午12時前或下午四時後, 需另加$100(平日)或$200(假日)作監禮人早晚加時費用, 此項費用與改動之次數並無任何關係.

8. 由於處理每宗傳真申請存有時間差關係，伊甸園婚姻見證服務公司並不保證客戶所申請之時段(“時段”指所預約之結婚日期、時間及場地)會否被網上預約之申請所取代。

9. 在婚期前的三個月內，不得更改結婚日期及時間。

10. 伊甸園婚姻見證服務公司保留為每對申請結婚之新人安排合資格的婚姻監禮人之最終决定權。

11. 任何情況下, 本公司均不會作出任何退款，包括結婚日期由週六, 日及公眾假期轉到週一至五。

12. 所有已訂購之服務只可升級, 不可下調。

13. 伊甸園婚姻見證服務公司將會履行責任運送結婚證書，如當中發生任何問題，客戶不得向本公司作出任何索償。

14. 如在本公司控制範圍內之因素下，而本公司取消有關之註冊儀式，客戶將可取回已繳交之費用(不包括任何利息)，但這因素並不包括惡劣天氣、天災、暴動、示威、騷亂等，而客戶不得向伊甸園婚姻見證服務公司作出任何索償。

15. 伊甸園婚姻見證服務公司保留取消服務而不需事前向客戶作出通知的最終決定權。
